Position Summary:

Ricoh is seeking a highly skilled Field Representative II to provide technical support for Managed Services Onsite. The ideal candidate will have expertise in print production, large format printing, Fiery software, and related finishing processes. This role requires problem-solving skills, technical proficiency, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain high-end printing and duplication equipment (segment 5 ).
• Perform technical support functions including press operation, copier operation, bindery, fulfillment, quality control, and final check.
• Handle conference room and AV management, convenience copier fleet, and various office support services.
• Calibrate equipment to ensure color and quality match originals.
• Transfer and manage digital files to and from networked printing devices.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues; perform basic repairs such as clearing jams, replacing toner, or correcting simple machine issues.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and present a professional appearance to clients.
• Manage inventory of equipment parts and supplies.
• Meet deadlines while maintaining quality and producing error-free work.
• Complete technical training on new equipment as assigned.
• Perform other duties as required by Site Manager or Supervisor.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of related technical experience (5 years preferred).
• Experience with print production, large format printing, mounting, Fiery software, and finishing processes.
• Strong troubleshooting and technical skills for office and complex technical equipment.
• Excellent customer service, organizational skills, and ability to prioritize tasks.
