CFC has a need for a Marketing Cloud Specialist to join the Digital Marketing team. This is a hybrid position requiring onsite work at our headquarters office in Sterling, VA, as well as optional remote workdays. The Marketing Cloud Specialist works with CFC’s marketing and digital team to support the company’s digital and marketing initiatives including web sites, online tools and resources, market research, and special projects.
As a Marketing Cloud Specialist, you will:
CFC has a need for a Marketing Cloud Specialist to join the Digital Marketing team. The Marketing Cloud Specialist works with CFC’s marketing and digital team to support the company’s digital and marketing initiatives including web sites, online tools and resources, market research, and special projects.
As a Marketing Cloud Specialist, you will:
- Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to implement new campaign automations based on their strategy and designs.
- Maintain existing websites, including day-to-day operations to ensure websites are up-to-date, current and error free.
- Maintain and optimizes CRM configurations, including data extensions, contact models, and triggered sends.
- Ensure consistent and synchronized data flow between the CRM and the marketing automation platform.
- Monitor and troubleshoots technical issues within the Marketing Cloud ecosystem to ensure reliable execution of campaigns.
- Partner with system administrators to implement best practices in system maintenance, security, release management, improvements, and data integrity.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Information Systems, Graphic Design or related field.
- 2 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Personalization, Email Studio, etc.).
- SQL and Database Management knowledge.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of programs.
- Strong team orientation, but able to operate independently when needed.
- Strong attention to detail.
