Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Restoration Supervisor to oversee and coordinate restoration projects involving fire, water, mold remediation. As a Restoration Supervisor, you will lead a team to ensure high-quality work while maintaining safety standards and client satisfaction. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to meaningful recovery efforts in a fast-paced environment.ResponsibilitiesSupervise and coordinate restoration projects related to fire damage, water damage, mold remediation, asbestos abatement, and other disaster recovery services.Oversee the use of hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment such as carpet cleaning machines during project execution.Ensure all work complies with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.Manage project timelines, allocate resources effectively, and monitor progress to meet deadlines.Conduct quality control inspections to ensure restoration work meets client expectations.Train and mentor team members on proper techniques for cleaning, demolition, construction, and safety procedures.Communicate regularly with clients, insurance adjusters, and team members to provide updates on project status.Maintain accurate documentation of work performed, materials used, and safety compliance records.QualificationsProven experience in the restoration industry with knowledge of fire restoration, water damage repair, mold remediation, asbestos abatement, and carpet cleaning.Hands-on experience with hand tools and power tools used in construction and restoration projects.Strong understanding of safety protocols related to restoration work environments.Ability to lead a team effectively while managing multiple projects simultaneously.Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.Prior experience supervising or managing staff is preferred.Knowledge of industry standards for cleaning, demolition, and construction processes is highly desirable.Valid driver’s license is required for travel between job sites.
