Overview:
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Intake Representative to join our team. This is a long-term opportunity offering stability, growth, and excellent work-life balance. The ideal candidate will be a recent graduate with strong academic performance and relevant internship experience, particularly within the healthcare or public health fields.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Public Health or a related field

Strong interest in the healthcare field

Exceptional organizational and critical thinking skills

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining a high standard of work quality

Proven ability to collaborate effectively with a remote team

Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Demonstrated understanding of medical terminology

Knowledge of Medicaid eligibility systems a plus

Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment
Responsibilities:

Process requests following physician review
-
Evaluate documentation language and collaborate with physician reviewers, clinical reviewers, or managers to ensure all information is accurate and complete before sending correspondence to providers

Obtain clinical information from client systems or contact providers directly when additional details are needed for review

Maintain accurate and organized records while adhering to established procedures and timelines
