Overview

NRI Staffing is seeking a Member Data Verification Assistant to support a short-term data cleanup initiative. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage high-volume outbound calls while maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to members to verify and update personal and account information
• Accurately document all interactions and updates within internal systems
• Follow established scripts, SOPs, and job aids to ensure consistency and compliance
• Process updates related to member status, including military status changes
• Provide general information to members regarding services, products, and organizational details
• Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism
• Sort incoming mail, assist with outgoing mail (including postage), and support document digitization efforts
• Assist with additional data cleanup and administrative projects as needed
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily and project-based goals
• Participate in cross-training to support operational continuity

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and/or 1–2 years of experience in a professional office environment with phone-based support
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
