We’re Hiring: Estates & Trusts Paralegal
Hunt Valley, MD 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM- mostly in office
A well-established law practice is seeking an Experienced Estates & Trusts Paralegal to join a collaborative team focused exclusively on Estates & Trusts work.
Position Overview:
• Support two attorneys in a busy Estates & Trusts practice
• Manage probate matters from opening through closing
• Prepare and file estate, gift, fiduciary income, and state tax returns
• Draft and organize estate planning and estate administration documents
• Coordinate with clients, accountants, and financial institutions
• Maintain accurate, well-organized estate and probate files
• Use estate and tax administration software for filings and reporting
• Work closely with attorneys and administrative staff in a small, team-oriented environment
• Maintain strict confidentiality and attention to detail
Qualifications:
• 6 years of Estates & Trusts paralegal experience
• Strong knowledge of probate and estate administration
• Experience with estate, gift, and fiduciary tax returns
• Proficiency in Excel and estate/tax-related software
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a close-knit team
Salary : $75,000 - $110,000
