What are the responsibilities and job description for the Property Management position at NRI, Inc.?
We're continuously hiring experienced Property Managers and Portfolio Managers to join our growing team. These are ongoing openings, so whether you're ready to start immediately or looking ahead, we want to connect with skilled professionals who can manage properties with care, organization, and strong owner/resident relationships.
What You'll Do- Oversee day-to-day operations for an assigned property or portfolio of properties
- Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, residents, board members, and vendors
- Manage budgets, financial reporting, and reserve planning
- Coordinate and oversee maintenance, repairs, and capital improvement projects
- Ensure compliance with governing documents, local regulations, and community/property policies
- Handle contract negotiations and vendor management
- Prepare for and attend board meetings (for HOA/Condo properties), providing guidance and recommendations
- Address resident/owner concerns and resolve issues in a timely, professional manner
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and property files
Roles Available
- Property Manager - on-site or portfolio-based management of individual properties
- Assistant Portfolio Manager - supports the Portfolio Manager with day-to-day operations, administrative tasks, and communications across a portfolio of properties
- Portfolio Manager - oversight of multiple properties/communities within an assigned portfolio
