We are seeking a professional, dependable, polished, and service-oriented On-Call Concierge to provide exceptional personal and guest-support services throughout the Washington, DC and Northern Virginia area.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to on-call requests and time-sensitive assignments.
- Provide professional, courteous, and personalized concierge services to clients, residents, guests, executives, or VIPs.
- Coordinate errands, deliveries, pickups, appointments, reservations, and other requested services.
- Assist with restaurant, entertainment, travel, event, and appointment arrangements.
- Coordinate transportation and provide logistical support when appropriate.
- Assist with guest arrivals, departures, special requests, and general hospitality needs.
- Support private events, meetings, receptions, and other functions as needed.
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, property staff, drivers, restaurants, hotels, and other third parties.
- Conduct occasional property checks, deliveries, supply runs, or other on-site assignments.
- Maintain accurate communication regarding assignment status, timing, and completion.
- Identify potential issues proactively and communicate solutions rather than simply reporting problems.
- Handle sensitive information, personal requests, and client details with the highest level of discretion.
- Maintain a polished and professional appearance appropriate to each assignment.
- Represent the organization and its clients with professionalism, courtesy, and sound judgment at all times.
- Complete assignments accurately, efficiently, and within established timeframe.
- Remain flexible as priorities or client needs change.
