We are seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal/Legal Assistant to support a Federal Government legal team. This is a full-time opportunity and requires candidates to work 100% onsite.
Candidates must have 1-3 years of litigation paralegal experience and experience with Relativity software or similar eDiscovery platforms. Strong knowledge of cite checking, Bluebooking, trial preparation, legal research, and litigation support is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide litigation support to attorneys throughout all phases of case development and trial preparation.
- Conduct legal research and assist with analysis of legal documents, regulations, and case materials.
- Perform cite checking, Bluebooking, and trial preparation.
- Review, organize, and analyze case files, evidence, exhibits, and supporting documentation.
- Utilize Relativity or similar eDiscovery software to manage and review documents.
- Assist with witness preparation, interviews, and gathering relevant case information.
- Identify, collect, and evaluate records and evidence relevant to litigation.
- Prepare summaries, reports, charts, graphs, and other litigation support materials.
- Maintain organized case files, exhibits, and legal documentation.
- Provide administrative and legal support while exercising independent judgment and maintaining confidentiality.
