Concierge Residential DC

Location: Washington, DC
Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

NRI Staffing Resources is hiring professional and customer-focused Residential Concierges to support luxury condominium and apartment communities throughout Washington, DC.

If you enjoy providing exceptional customer service, creating welcoming environments, and working in upscale residential communities, we want to hear from you!

• Greet residents, guests, and vendors in a professional and courteous manner

• Monitor building access and maintain visitor logs

• Answer phones and respond to resident inquiries

• Accept and manage package deliveries and resident notifications

• Coordinate with property management, maintenance staff, and security personnel

• Assist residents with requests, reservations, and general information

• Monitor common areas and report maintenance or safety concerns

• Maintain accurate records and incident reports as needed

• Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor

• Minimum of one (1) year of customer service, hospitality, concierge, front desk, residential, or property management experience preferred

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Professional appearance and positive attitude

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and email

• Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work independently

• $20.00-$25.00 per hour, based on experience
