Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients through effective account management.
- Identify potential business opportunities and engage in business development activities to expand market presence.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations tailored to client needs, showcasing the benefits of our offerings.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and address client inquiries or concerns.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status using appropriate software tools.
Experience
- Proven experience in retail sales, outside sales, or territory sales is preferred.
- Strong background in account management with a focus on building long-term client relationships.
- Familiarity with technical sales or technology sales is a plus, particularly in understanding complex product features.
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively and close deals successfully.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present information clearly.
- Proficiency in using software tools for tracking sales activities and managing customer relationships.
