The Opportunity
We’re looking for an Account Development Coordinator to help fuel NRG’s growth engine. This role sits at the heart of our business development efforts, working directly with our CEO and COO. You’ll support day-to-day operations that drive new opportunities, build client relationships, and sharpen how we show up in the market.
It’s an ideal entry point into experiential marketing—hands-on, fast-paced, and built for someone who’s curious, ambitious, and ready to grow with us. What You’ll Do
Keep our leadership team running smoothly: calendars, agendas, meetings, travel, follow-ups.
Own our CRM: organize leads, track outreach, and keep data sharp and actionable.
Research and qualify new business opportunities; surface insights that open doors.
Support proposal development: decks, RFP responses, and presentation prep.
Be a direct line of communication with prospective and current accounts.
Benchmark competitors and track industry trends; bring fresh intel to the table.
Brainstorm alongside our team on concepts, themes, and new ways to connect with brands.
Pitch in across office operations when needed - everyone here wears more than one hat.
