The Opportunity
We’re looking for an Account Development Coordinator to support new business efforts, client relationships, and strategic growth across the agency. This role sits at the intersection of business development, marketing, and client service; helping identify opportunities, craft materials, organize pipelines, and keep conversations moving forward.
You’re someone who is highly organized, proactive, curious about brands and culture, and excited to contribute to the growth of a fast-moving experiential studio. You communicate clearly, think strategically, and bring positive energy to every interaction.
What You’ll Do
Support agency business development efforts - research, tracking, and outreach
Help draft credentials decks, case studies, proposals, and capability materials
Coordinate inbound new business inquiries and schedule introductory meetings
Maintain our CRM, pipeline updates, and follow-up rhythms
Research brands, trends, talent, and cultural opportunities relevant to future work
Collaborate with producers, creatives, and leadership on pitch preparation
Assist with client communication, meeting notes, recaps, and next steps
Support marketing initiatives including social content, newsletters, and events
Ensure all materials reflect NRG’s tone, craft, and strategic point of view
What You Bring
Ambition, drive, and genuine interest in experiential marketing
2–4 years of experience in account coordination, marketing, production, or business development
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with clarity
Confident writing skills (emails, decks, short-form copy, research summaries)
A proactive mindset — you don’t wait to be asked; you anticipate needs
Comfort working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
