Essential Job Functions
- Greet every guest with a friendly, energetic attitude
- Process ticket sales, party bookings, and merchandise purchases accurately using our POS system
- Handle cash, credit, and mobile payments, and issue receipts
- Answer questions about activities, packages, safety procedures, and promotions
- Check in guests for play sessions, birthday parties, and group events
- Distribute wristbands, socks, and other required items to guests
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Upsell party packages, add-ons, and merchandise when appropriate
- Resolve guest concerns and escalate issues to management as needed
- Follow all safety, security, and cash handling procedures
- Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned
- Additional responsibilities as assigned
Requirements:
Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Previous cashier, retail, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, energetic environment
- Positive, outgoing, and team-oriented attitude
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8-10 hours per shift).
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25-50 pounds.
- Frequent bending, reaching, and repetitive movements in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work in varying conditions, including heat, cold, and noise.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
