Werkstudent | Dispute Resolution & Litigation Ben jij gevorderd in je rechtenstudie en wil je ervaren hoe de procespraktijk er bij een internationaal advocatenkantoor aan toe gaat? Tijdens een werkstudentschap binnen ons Dispute Resolution & Litigation team kun je je reeds opgedane kennis en werkervaring toepassen en je verder verdiepen in een dynamische omgeving waar kwaliteit en samenwerking centraal staan. Team Ons Dispute Resolution & Litigation team adviseert over en staat cliënten bij in zakelijke geschillen. Wij procederen voor de overheidsrechter (rechtbanken en gerechtshoven) en vertegenwoordigen cliënten in (internationale) arbitrage. Daarnaast staan wij cliënten bij in bindend advies procedures en in mediation-trajecten. Onze cliënten betreffen veelal financiële instellingen (zoals banken en verzekeraars) en (internationale) ondernemingen in de energiesector, infrastructuur en de voedings- en levensmiddelenindustrie. De geschillen die wij behandelen hebben met name betrekking op het aansprakelijkheidsrecht, contractenrecht, verzekeringsrecht, ondernemingsrecht, goederenrecht, insolventierecht en beslag- en executie. De meeste dossiers die wij behandelen hebben een internationaal karakter, waardoor wij veel samenwerken met onze collega’s in een van onze buitenlandse kantoren. Functie Als werkstudent draai je volledig mee in het dagelijks kantoorleven en ben je écht onderdeel van het team. Zo werk je mee aan grensoverschrijdende zaken en lever je een bijdrage aan hoogwaardige juridische adviezen. In een relatief korte periode leer je ontzettend veel. Naast inhoudelijk werk kun je deelnemen aan vakinhoudelijke activiteiten zoals trainingen en jurisprudentielunches, maar ook aan sociale evenementen zoals borrels, feesten en sportactiviteiten. Profiel Ben jij nieuwsgierig, ondernemend en herken jij jezelf in het volgende profiel? Je zit in de laatste fase van je Bachelor of Master en hebt al enige relevante (werk)ervaring; Je hebt interesse in commerciële geschillen en wlit je verdiepen in de internationale procespraktijk; Je bent minimaal 3 dagen per week beschikbaar voor een periode van ten minste 3 maanden; Je beheerst zowel de Nederlandse als Engelse taal goed, zowel in woord als geschrift; Je hebt ambitie en bezit over een gezonde dosis creativiteit, humor en doorzettingsvermogen.
