The Team Our Corporate Disputes and Investigations team in London is a core part of our global disputes practice and a key area of strategic investment. We advise corporates, financial institutions and individuals on complex, high-value and sensitive matters, often across multiple jurisdictions. Our work includes: High profile internal and external investigations, often multi-jurisdictional White collar crime and criminal litigation Sanctions and broader ESG-related risk matters, including bribery and corruption, fraud, money laundering, human rights and modern slavery Complex commercial disputes, including M&A, joint venture and shareholder disputes. The Role You will join the London Commercial Disputes and Investigations team, working closely with partners and senior lawyers on a broad mix of corporate investigations and white collar crime matters. The role has a particular focus on corporate investigations, while maintaining exposure to the wider white collar crime practice. This includes: Advising corporates, financial institutions and individuals on internal and regulatory investigations Supporting significant and often high-profile criminal and enforcement matters Working closely with colleagues across jurisdictions on complex, cross-border issues, including sanctions-related matters.
