Qualifications:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-04 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) operating a computer terminal and related computer equipment to create, compose, edit, calculate, revise, retrieve, store, print, and copy a wide range of documents in draft and final form; 2) Skill in software similar to MS Word and Excel to produce and edit correspondence, awards, reports, graphs, calendars, statistics, mailing labels, tables, etc.; 3) maintaining and updating files on policies and directives; 4) replenishing office supplies, setting up administrative controls and suspense dates, and performing other related clerical support functions.Additional qualification information can be found from the following Office of Personnel Management website:
