Salesforce CRM Administrator
Location: Ft. Worth, TX
Shift: 1st (Mon–Fri)
Pay: $20–$23/hr | Temp
Summary:
Supports customer service operations by managing the full lifecycle of Salesforce cases—from intake to routing and workflow management.
Key Duties:
- Manage Email-to-Case intake and templates
- Maintain case rules, statuses, fields, and lifecycle flows
- Prevent duplicate/spam cases
- Monitor routing, identify bottlenecks, and rebalance workload
- Support cross-functional teams with case operations
Skills:
- Strong analytical, process-focused mindset
- Clear communication and customer-centric approach
- Salesforce experience preferred
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- 1–2 years of admin experience in aerospace/manufacturing
