Job Title: Digital & IT Associate
Duration: 6 Months (Temp)
Location: Glendale, AZ
Shift: 1st Shift (Mon–Fri, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM)
Summary:
Entry-level IT role (1–2 years experience) supporting end users and workstation environments across manufacturing sites. Responsible for Tier 2 technical support, troubleshooting hardware/software issues, and ensuring timely resolution of IT tickets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide deskside support (PCs, printers, network access)
- Support onboarding and training of new users
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- Assist with servers, firewalls, switches, Wi-Fi, and endpoints
- Support manufacturing equipment troubleshooting
- Maintain IT security compliance and documentation
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (or working toward one) or equivalent experience
- 1 year of IT experience; certifications preferred
- Experience with ServiceNow ticketing system
- Basic knowledge of networks, servers, DNS, and connectivity
- Strong communication, customer service, and multitasking skills
- Experience with Azure DevOps is a plus
Nice to Have:
- SQL query skills
- Power BI (Data Flows, Data Marts)
- Power Automate
