Job Type: Fulltime Permanent Role/Direct Hire

Salary Range: $75K - $90K/Annum plus benefits

Job Description:

An established organization within the advanced manufacturing sector is seeking a marketing professional with a strong blend of creative design, digital campaign execution, and analytics experience. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys both content creation and performance-driven marketing while working in a collaborative, fast-moving environment.

The selected candidate will contribute to digital brand growth by supporting online campaigns, developing engaging multimedia content, improving digital visibility, and analyzing campaign performance across multiple channels.

Primary Responsibilities

Digital Campaign Coordination

• Assist in launching and maintaining digital marketing initiatives across various online platforms
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to support campaign execution and ensure consistent messaging
• Contribute ideas for improving audience engagement, campaign reach, and online performance
• Coordinate marketing deliverables and ensure projects remain on schedule

Creative & Content Production

• Design and produce visual content for social media, digital advertising, presentations, websites, and promotional materials
• Create short-form videos, branded graphics, motion content, and digital assets for marketing initiatives
• Support development of marketing copy for email campaigns, social content, landing pages, and promotional messaging
• Maintain brand consistency across all digital communications and creative materials
• Organize and manage creative files, templates, and content resources for efficient team collaboration

Digital Performance & Optimization

• Support search optimization efforts through keyword research and content enhancement recommendations
• Monitor campaign metrics and identify opportunities for improved digital engagement and lead generation
• Analyze website traffic, social performance, and advertising data using reporting tools and analytics platforms
• Prepare summaries and dashboards to communicate marketing results and actionable insights
• Assist with ongoing optimization of digital campaigns based on performance trends

Additional Duties

• Participate in marketing events, trade shows, or industry-related activities when required
• Provide support on special marketing and communications projects as assigned

Qualifications

Technical Skills

• Strong experience using creative design software for digital content production
• Familiarity with video editing and multimedia content creation tools is highly preferred
• Understanding of digital marketing channels including social media, paid advertising, and website content management
• Knowledge of SEO fundamentals and digital engagement strategies
• Experience using marketing analytics and reporting platforms
• Ability to transform complex or technical information into engaging and easy-to-understand content
• Strong project coordination and multitasking capabilities

Experience & Education

• Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing, content development, creative services, or related functions
• Experience supporting marketing initiatives in industrial, technical, manufacturing, or B2B environments is considered an asset
• Hands-on experience with social media management, paid digital campaigns, and analytics/reporting tools preferred
• Portfolio demonstrating creative and digital marketing work may be requested during the hiring process
