Summary:
Seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to lead contract development, negotiation, and administration for aerospace/manufacturing programs. This role involves managing contract risk, supporting new product introductions (NPI), and ensuring compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead contract negotiations, including terms & conditions, NDAs, and product agreements
- Manage assigned contracts and ensure performance, compliance, and risk mitigation
- Support new business awards and NPI initiatives
- Interpret contract requirements and provide guidance to internal teams
- Oversee change management and contract modifications
- Collaborate cross-functionally with program, finance, and operations teams
- Ensure export compliance and regulatory adherence
- Mentor team members and support process improvements
- Interface with customers, government agencies, and internal stakeholders
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (MBA/JD preferred)
- 7 years of contract management experience (2 years in leadership)
- Experience in aerospace, defense, or manufacturing environments
- Strong negotiation and risk assessment skills
- Knowledge of export compliance regulations
- Experience with NPI and complex contract structures
- Contract management certification preferred
Salary : $120,000 - $122,000
