Job Type: Fulltime Permanent Role/Direct Hire
Salary Range: $80k - $120k/annum plus benefits

Job Description:
Join a leading manufacturing organization committed to operational excellence and continuous improvement. As the Continuous Improvement Leader, you’ll play a key role in driving enterprise-wide process improvement, efficiency, and cost savings initiatives. This is a high-impact position for a results-driven leader passionate about Lean methodologies and Six Sigma excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support the company’s Strategy Deployment (Hoshin Planning) process at corporate and site levels.
- Facilitate Value Stream & Value Chain Mapping to identify improvement opportunities and training needs.
- Partner with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, and other functions to prioritize and execute Lean & Six Sigma projects.
- Develop and manage Lean & Six Sigma training plans and certification programs across all belt levels.
- Lead high-impact Black Belt projects (>$500K/project) aligned with strategic goals.
- Champion the deployment of the company’s Production System (SPS) and drive performance KPIs across the enterprise.
- Coach and mentor Green Belts and project teams to ensure timely completion and certification success.
- Support Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Corrective Action (CA) using PK, A3, and Apollo methodologies.
- Collaborate with IT and other departments to develop intelligent dashboards and data tracking systems for continuous improvement metrics.
- Benchmark internal and external best practices to advance Lean & Six Sigma maturity.
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree (Engineering preferred) or equivalent experience.
- 7 years in Process Improvement, Quality, or Operational Excellence roles.
- 5 years working within a strong Lean & Six Sigma culture.
- 3 years managing large-scale, cross-functional projects.
- Proven success influencing teams in a matrixed environment.
- Expertise in Lean, Six Sigma DMAIC, PDCA, A3, and Hoshin Planning methodologies.
- Proficiency in Minitab, Power BI, Microsoft Office, and data analytics tools.
- Exceptional leadership, facilitation, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Lean Certification and/or Six Sigma Green/Black Belt Certification.
- PMP or Prince2 Project Management certification.
