Job Title: Production Assembler
Location: Oro Valley, AZ
Job Type: Contract
Shift: 1st Shift (Mon–Fri, 5:00–8:00 AM start; occasional evenings/weekends)
Pay Rate: $17/hr - $18/hr
Position Summary:
· Performs disassembly, assembly, rework, and basic testing of electrical and electronic equipment in an FAA-regulated manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
· Assemble complex mechanical and electromechanical components using hand tools, power tools, and soldering equipment to IPC-A-610B Class 3 standards.
· Prepare and process wires and batteries, apply conformal coating, markings, and adhesive bonding.
· Maintain 6S workstation standards, comply with safety and company policies, support cross-department tasks, and assist with training as needed.
Qualifications & Skills:
· High school diploma or equivalent
· 2 years of electronics/manufacturing experience (or OJT on 5 products).
· Proficient in soldering, simple welding/brazing, tool usage, and inspection methods.
