What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cook 5 position at NPS LLC?
SUMMARY: The talented cook will be responsible for preparing foods live in front of guests. Requires interaction and pleasant demeanor. Must show full competence in gilling meats, sauté station and/or expediting. Ideal candidate will have already achieved a high level of culinary success and competency line cooking. Schedule will be Patriots home games. Additional opportunities for other ticketed events available but optional.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prep station in advance of event
- Greet guests with a pleasant demeanor and a smile
- Prepare food live in view of guests.
- Will specialize in at least one of: Grill meats to temperature/Sauté high volume, multiple items/Expedite
- Break down and clean stations after shifts
- Special projects and assignments as business dictates
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
- This position has no supervisory responsibility
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Highly experienced in upscale food production
- Demonstrate appropriate skill for the specific assignment to include Grilling/Broiling/Sauté/Expedite
- Ability to communicate with clients and staff
- Availability to work nights and weekends
- Food Safety Trained
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.

- Open kitchen, cook to order setting
- The noise level in the work environment is usually loud on event days
