Position Summary
Role works under direct supervision in operations and is responsible for the loading and unloading of material, parts and products at yard or customers' work site. This position requires physical labor in a wide range of weather and ground conditions, such as rain, snow, mud, heat, or cold.
Location:13982 W Front St, Williston, ND 58801
Schedule: Schedule is dependent on job. Often includes overnight travel.
Hours: 10-14 hours per day, start/end time varies
Pay Rate: $21/Hr overtime pay
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with installing/removing mats and liners
- Assist in setting down liner pads prior to the installment of the mats
- Secure mats into the ground via hammering pins and fasteners
- Communicate with Heavy Equipment Operators for mat positioning
- Patch and repair liners as needed
- Occasionally assists with clearing the land from vegetation such as trees, bushes, snow
- Assists other workers in production activities
- Handles special projects as assigned
Education & Experience Requirements
- Education: Highschool diploma or educational equivalent
- Experience: 1 year construction, warehouse or landscaping experience
- Ability to perform manual labor outdoors
- Ability to adhere to all safety and quality procedures
- Good interpersonal skills required to work in a team environment
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, long hours, and holidays
- US work Authorization (required)
- Driver’s License (preferred)
