📍 Lutz, FL | Part-Time | $50 to $85/hr | New Grads with ER Experience Welcome | Two 12-Hour Shifts (8 AM to 8 PM)

Job Overview

Two shifts a week, and you’re out the door at 8. In this part-time FNP role at a family walk-in and primary care clinic in north Tampa, charting is typically signed before you leave, and the NP team helps each other so no one stays late. You’ll have slower stretches for charting and can take lunch whenever you want. The clinic welcomes new grad NPs with at least 2 years of recent ER experience. You’ll handle walk-in surges alongside scheduled visits with an RN, about four MAs, and a supportive NP team behind you.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide walk-in and scheduled primary care for all ages, from wellness and chronic care to sick visits
• Diagnose and treat acute conditions such as UTIs
• Perform Pap tests for normal-history patients, and refer others next door
• Review appointments, labs, and refills at shift start, and call patients about abnormal results
• Complete and sign charts by end of shift

Qualifications

• Active Florida APRN license and FNP certification
• At least 2 years as an NP, OR a new grad NP with 2 years of ER experience (most recent within the past year)
• Pediatric experience, including young children
• Basic GYN experience, including Pap tests
• Available for two 12-hour shifts per week (8 AM to 8 PM), including every other weekend
• Calm and efficient during walk-in surges | Practice Fusion a plus

Schedule & Compensation

• $50 to $85/hr based on experience | Part-time 1099 | Two 12s, including every other weekend
• Closed on major holidays | Malpractice covered | No DEA required
• No PTO or benefits for part-time | Path to full-time
