We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Staff Accountant to join a dynamic construction and real estate team. This role is to replace a current employee and offers the opportunity to make an immediate impact across multiple entities.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and post loan closing journal entries accurately and timely.
- Handle loan draws and reconciliations.
- Ensure compliance through loan reporting and documentation.
- Support month-end closing processes for multiple entities.
- Maintain job cost accounting for construction and real estate projects.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.
Requirements & Skills:
- Proven experience in construction and real estate accounting, managing multiple entities.
- Strong knowledge of JDE (mandatory), MS Office, and Excel (VLOOKUPs, PivotTables, reporting).
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment.
