- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional service and responsiveness
- Provide effective legal counsel in the defense of civil disputes in South Carolina
- Represent clients in state and federal courts, as well as mediation and arbitration proceedings
- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis
- Develop and implement litigation strategies aligned with client goals
- Collaborate with attorneys across the firm to deliver comprehensive legal solutions
- Contribute to the growth of the firm and expansion of its presence throughout South Carolina
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
- Admission to the South Carolina Bar
- Admission to the Federal District Court of South Carolina (preferred)
- Minimum of 3 years of civil defense experience with a demonstrated track record defending civil matters
- Excellent analytical, writing, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong leadership, mentorship, and team collaboration abilities
