This position will work closely with ownership and department managers to help oversee daily dairy operations, coordinate employee activities, and support the continued growth of the operation.
Responsibilities include assisting with parlor management, milk quality, employee supervision and training, protocol implementation, inventory management, maintenance coordination, recordkeeping, and regulatory compliance. The Assistant Dairy Manager will help coordinate activities across the herd, maternity, youngstock, feeding, and crop production departments, using dairy management software and production data to support operational decisions.

- Previous dairy management or assistant management experience preferred
- Strong leadership and employee development skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities

- Knowledge of herd health, reproduction, and dairy production practices

- Spanish-speaking ability preferred but not required
