- Conduct psychological and educational evaluations for students with suspected or identified disabilities.
- Participate in the development, review, and discussion of evaluation team reports.
- Provide counseling and resources to students, parents, and staff, including referrals to outside agencies.
- Consult with administrators and teachers on instructional strategies, interventions, and accountability procedures.
- Maintain accurate student records, progress reports, and confidential documentation.
- Assist staff in adapting instruction and supports to meet diverse student needs.
- Report suspected cases of child abuse or neglect in compliance with state law.
- Communicate effectively with parents and families regarding student progress and concerns.
- Engage in ongoing professional development and adhere to district policies and procedures.
- Masters degree in School Psychology.
- Valid Ohio educational certificate/license to practice as a School Psychologist.
- Successful completion of required pre-employment screenings.
- Strong knowledge of assessment tools, counseling strategies, and intervention planning.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with administrators, educators, families, and outside agencies.
