- Provide accurate information on depositor accounts, products, policies, and processes to customers and stakeholders.
- Handle inbound/outbound calls, emails, and written inquiries; process account requests and applications.
- Maintain and service accounts, including financial/status adjustments and customer communications.
- Research, analyze, reconcile accounts, and take timely actions per servicing guidelines.
- Perform manual account research, document updates, and ensure database accuracy and work tracking.
- Maintain knowledge of products, competitors, systems, and retail servicing policies; complete required training.
- Resolve customer issues with strong problem-solving, communication, and attention to detail; escalate when needed.
- Meet productivity, quality, and compliance standards while maintaining professionalism.
- Support team needs (overtime/travel), assist other areas, and identify process/system improvements.
- High School Diploma or equivalent with banking/customer service experience.
- Strong knowledge of business processes, procedures, and systems.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word/Excel with strong communication and data entry skills.
- Proven ability to meet goals, maintain attendance, and work with limited supervision.
