- Represent clients at residential real estate closings.
- Advise clients on applicable residential real estate laws and regulations.
- Communicate effectively with clients, lenders, real estate agents, and other parties to the transaction.
- Manage multiple transactions while meeting deadlines and maintaining accuracy.
- 2 years of residential real estate law experience.
- Demonstrated expertise in title review and resolution.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Close attention to detail with strong organizational abilities.
- Ability to efficiently manage a high transaction volume.
- Active Florida Bar membership.
- Florida Notary Public (required).
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Florida Bar membership in good standing.
