Job Description
As the Sales Director - Furnace Aftermarket, you are part of our Aftermarket Service Division. You will be mainly working both inside and outside sales in offering spare parts, rebuilds/retrofits, and field service to industrial type furnace owners in the carbon and non-ferrous industries in mostly North America.Achieve 'The Sales Director - Furnace Aftermarket is responsible for the company achieving its growth goals in the designated product group.
The Sales Director collaborates with the VP Sales and Marketing and the Inside Sales Manager on price negotiations, tracking of inquiries to orders, and supervising after-sales service including product/service claim resolutiion
the annual sales plan as defined by the budget
Maintain and grow existing top line sales with key accounts
Perform direct selling by engaging with account decision makers Generate new business opportunities by utilizing consultative selling techniques and skills to engage customers
Differentiate the product portfolio by promoting its unique focus on advanced technologies and application engineering.
Grow the business top line; expand market share
Qualifications
Qualification:
5 years minimum in outside sales in an industrial environment
Prefer BS degree in industrial or mechanical engineering
Prior industrial furnace or relevant industrial combustion or process experiencePrior metals Industry experience a plus
Must be fluent in Microsoft Office
Fluency in SAP preferr
