Job Description

  • Manage and service a portfolio of personal lines clients (auto, home, renters, etc.)
  • Process policy changes, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations
  • Provide accurate quotes and coverage recommendations
  • Handle client inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
  • Maintain and update client data within Applied EPIC
  • Collaborate with producers and team members to support business growth

Qualifications

  • Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license
  • Hands-on experience with Applied EPIC (required)
  • 2 years in personal lines insurance (agency preferred)
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple accounts
