  • Seektomaximizesettlementamountsbeforeproceedingtotrial.
  • Litigation&CourtRepresentation:
  • Draftlegaldocuments(complaints,motions,&discoveryrequests).
  • Representclientsincourtproceedings,includinghearings,trials,anddepositions.
  • Presentarguments,questionwitnesses,andadvocateonbehalfofclients.
  • ClientCommunication&CaseManagement:
  • Keepclientsinformedaboutcaseprogressandlegalstrategies.
  • Managemultiplecasessimultaneouslywhiledeadlinesaremet.

Qualifications

  • Education&Licensing:
  • JurisDoctor(J.D.)degreefromanaccreditedlawschool.
  • LicensedtopracticelawintherelevantstateofNewYork
  • Experienceinpersonalinjurylawpreferred.(Plaintiffsideonly)
