- Work full-time, 8-hour day shifts.
- Direct and supervise the administrative and clinical affairs of Radiation Oncology services.
- Ensure the provision of high-quality, clinically competent, customer-oriented service.
- Serve as the liaison between areas of responsibility, contract physicians, hospital administration, medical staff, nursing, and other departments.
- Graduate of an accredited radiation therapy, medical dosimetry, or medical physics program.
- National Certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists upon hire.
- California Diagnostic and Therapeutic Radiologic Technology Certification upon hire, or California Therapeutic Radiologic Technology Certification upon hire.
- 3 years of supervisory/management experience in an acute care setting.
- Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration or Business Administration Or Master's Degree in Healthcare Administration or Business Administration (Preferred).
- 5 years of Supervisory/management experience in an acute care setting (Preferred).
- Work full-time, 8-hour day shifts.
