5 years of experience in a Mechanical Engineering role in a manufacturing environment
5 years of experience in a management or supervisory role in a manufacturing environment including experience with direct reports
2 recent years of experience in an AS9100 regulated manufacturing environment
Experience in a precision CNC machining manufacturing environment (medical or aerospace a huge plus)
Strong Lean Manufacturing & Continuous Improvement experience
BS in Mechanical Engineering or related
Desired Experience And Skills
Experience with manufacturing valves or fluid systems
Experience with new product development and introduction

Job Description
- The Engineering Manager is responsible for the overall function of the day to day operations and achievement of strategic targets for the manufacturing of aviation fluid systems including managing the engineering activities within the organization, implementing and maintain engineering objectives and initiatives, managing the creation and improvement of products that involve the engineering department.
