You will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices. Additionally, the HR Manager will participate in responsibilities related to payroll, recruitment, hiring and on-boarding of new employees, organizing policy and procedures, controlling correspondence, and monitoring clerical functions.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
- 5 years' experience in Human Resources, preferably within a manufacturing environment
- Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
- Demonstrated expertise training production supervisors and other hourly employees
- Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
- Attention to detail and good judgement
- Bilingual English/Spanish language skills a bonus
