- Act as a strategic advisor to leadership on attorney development and talent strategy
- Design and deliver end-to-end development programs (onboarding, training, mentoring, leadership growth, succession planning)
- Lead performance management, feedback, and promotion processes for attorneys
- Partner with HR, recruiting, and service line leaders to align development initiatives with business goals
- Drive leadership development and partner readiness programs
- Analyze exit interviews and retention data to improve engagement and talent strategies
- Manage learning systems, training programs, and development analytics
- Supervise and develop professional development teams
- Bachelors degree required; JD, MBA, or masters (preferred)
- 5 years experience in law firm or professional services environment
- Strong background in: Attorney/partner development or talent strategy
- Performance management and leadership development
- Stakeholder and program management
- Experience managing complex, cross-functional initiatives
- Familiarity with LMS, CLE systems, and training programs
