We are looking for a candidate with proven experience to direct and control resources, manage large capital equipment projects and solve complex problems in an entrepreneurial manufacturing environment.
Key partner in Engineering Leadership working closely with Project and Product Engineering teams as well as Operations identifying problems and developing solutions from R&D through assembly and systems installations.
This position is primarily responsible for managing a cross functional team to an on-budget and on-time build, startup and commission of a capital equipment project by setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities and driving progress. The successful candidate will be results-oriented, innovative, and analytical with a drive for change.
20% planned travel
Qualifications
BS engineering discipline (preferably Electrical, Electronics, Chemical or Manufacturing Engineering) with additional Business Management courses
Minimum of (10) years experience in automation engineering involving customized machine control hardware/software integration in process plant environment. Hands on programming in PLC, HMI or DCS.
Training and certifications in Continuous Improvement, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma

Salary : $100,000 - $140,000
