Position Overview – Chemical Processor
We are seeking detail-oriented Chemical Processors to join our team. This role requires individuals who are safety-focused, eager to learn, and committed to maintaining high production standards.
Key Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, 30–35 times per hour for 1–2 hours per shift as needed
- Willingness to learn and understand each process and its purpose
- Commitment to following safety protocols 100% of the time
- Ability to read and comprehend standard operating procedures in a processing environment
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum of 2 years of mechanical experience (motors, pumps, and valves)
Responsibilities:
- Follow process protocols for each product grade accurately and efficiently
- Maintain precise records in compliance with ISO standards
- Ensure orders are completed in a timely manner
- Adhere to all established operating procedures
- Communicate effectively with team members and other departments
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and identify minor mechanical problems
- Contribute to a team environment that prioritizes productivity and urgency
- Prepare and stage raw materials as directed by the shift leader or senior processor
- Perform routine and post-operation cleaning of equipment
Pay: From $19.50 per hour
