- Involve in the development, structuring, and financing of a wide range of transactions.
- Regularly attend internal and client meetings, negotiations, and due diligence sessions.
- Produce analysis and models on leveraged buyouts, discounted cash flows, mergers and acquisitions accretion and dilution, and multiple valuation.
- Prepare memoranda for internal and external use.
- Analyze financial data and conduct research of targeted industries.
- Assist in the execution and coordination of complex transactions and time-sensitive processes, including due diligence and valuation analysis.
- Draft client marketing and pitch materials.
- Maintain active involvement and participation in client-facing situations and negotiations.
- Provide mentorship and development to junior staff.
- Highly motivated and team-oriented with excellent leadership records.
- Strong background in financial modeling, finance, and accounting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Outstanding project management skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent).
- Knowledge of and experience in sell-side mergers and acquisitions.
