Job Description

Conduct legal research and analysis on regulatory, utility, and energy-related matters.

Draft legal memoranda, pleadings, and other documents.

Assist with administrative and regulatory proceedings before state and federal agencies.

Collaborate with senior attorneys and clients on strategy and execution.

Qualifications

J.D. from an accredited U.S. law school.

14 years of relevant legal experience (Candidates with under 1 year of experience will not be considered).

Admission in New York; admission in New Jersey is a plus.

Exceptional research, writing, and verbal communication skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Demonstrated interest in the energy, utility, and regulatory practice areas.
