What are the responsibilities and job description for the Printer/PC Technician position at NPA Computers, Inc.?
NPA Computers, Inc. has a position available for a Break/Fix Field Technician. The territory for this field position will be throughout the State of Connecticut and your daily schedule will be determined by the customer sites that need service.
Your main focus will be to provide the highest level of support to our customers while performing hardware diagnosis, repair, and preventative maintenance on printers, scanners, desktops, and laptops. You'll be working on various manufacturer equipment, including, but not limited to: Dell, Hewlett Packard, and Kyocera. The ideal candidate for this position will have reliable transportation, a friendly, positive demeanor and a professional appearance at all times.
