About the Position
NP Floors is looking for a motivated, personable, and organized Flooring Sales Associate & Marketing Coordinator to join our team at our Mount Pocono location.
This customer-facing position combines flooring sales, customer service, customer follow-up, and digital marketing. Flooring experience is preferred, but not required — we are willing to train the right person.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in our Mount Pocono showroom
- Help customers select flooring based on their needs, style, budget, and project requirements
- Learn our flooring products and help customers understand their options
- Prepare and follow up on customer quotes and estimates
- Maintain communication with customers and sales leads
- Follow up with past customers and potential customers
- Assist with social media content and customer engagement
- Help create and coordinate digital marketing campaigns and promotions
- Assist with email marketing and customer outreach
- Create marketing content featuring our products, services, and completed projects
- Help maintain and grow NP Floors' online presence
- Keep showroom displays, samples, and promotional materials organized and up to date
What We're Looking For
- Previous sales and/or marketing experience preferred
- Digital marketing experience preferred
- Flooring or home-improvement industry experience is a plus
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable using computers, email, social media, and digital tools
- Knowledge of Quickbooks online preferred
- Organized with strong follow-up skills
- Self-motivated and willing to take initiative
- Dependable, professional, and team-oriented
- Willingness to learn the flooring industry

Schedule
28–33 hours per week
- Monday: 10:00 AM–5:00 PM
- Wednesday–Friday: 10:00 AM–5:00 PM
- Every other Saturday: 10:00 AM–3:00 PM
