Duties
- Greet customers warmly, identify their needs, and guide them through product selections with confidence and enthusiasm
- Demonstrate products effectively and learn which types of materials are appropriate for different projects
- Assist clients with layout design
- Build strong relationships through personalized customer service, ensuring client satisfaction from initial consultation to deal closing
- Manage inside sales processes using QBO to prepare estimates and invoices
Qualifications
- Experience in sales within the renovation or construction industry
- Strong knowledge of interior design principles
- Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of closing high-end sales deals
- Familiarity with construction experience, remodeling processes, or construction sales enhances your ability to advise clients confidently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and ability to learn new software systems like Quickbooks Online
- Exceptional communication skills to build rapport with clients and team members alike
- Organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
