Compensation
$500–$600 per hour
Illustrative monthly snapshots (actuals vary by panel & time):
- 2 clinicians → ~$1,000–$1,200/mo
- 3 clinicians → ~$1,500–$1,800/mo
- 4 clinicians → ~$2,000–$2,400/mo
- Optional multi-state expansion: if you hold additional licenses, many physicians exceed $15,000 /month by adding panels in other states (assignments comply with each state’s rules)
Requirements
- MD/DO Psychiatrist
- Active California medical license and active DEA
- Comfortable with structured collaboration and timely communication
