We're hiring an Front Desk Receptionist to support our agents, assist our customers, and keep daily operations running smoothly.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the first point of contact — answering phones, responding to emails, and greeting customers in a friendly, professional manner
- Direct customers to the appropriate agents and handle billing inquiries
- Process incoming and outgoing mail
- Process payments, track deposits, and assist with basic bookkeeping
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records
- Support agents with quoting and customer service tasks
- Handle general office duties including filing, data entry, and document management
What We're Looking For
- Prior experience in office administration or customer service
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated
- Clear and professional communication — both written and verbal
- Comfortable with computers, email, and spreadsheets
- Able to stay calm and focused in a busy environment
- Can work independently with minimal supervision
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay: $20–$25/hour, depending on experience
- Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM (in-office only; no remote work)
