About the Role
NowThis is seeking a Associate Talent Producer to support our Los Angeles production team on original programming. This project-based role is ideal for someone who is deeply immersed in internet culture, has strong instincts for discovering emerging talent, and enjoys building relationships with creators, hosts, managers, and publicists.
The role will assist with talent research, outreach, booking, and production support for assigned projects.
Responsibilities
- Research and identify talent, creators, hosts, and guests for assigned productions.
- Build and maintain talent lists tailored to specific creative needs.
- Conduct outreach and coordinate talent availability for assigned projects.
- Support casting efforts for non-celebrity, creator, host, and celebrity talent.
- Participate in creative brainstorming sessions by contributing talent recommendations.
- Assist producers with evaluating and testing prospective on-camera hosts.
- Coordinate talent logistics before and during production.
- Serve as a liaison between production, talent representatives, managers, and publicists during assigned shoots.
- Provide production support during pre-production and on set as requested for assigned projects.
- Complete additional project-related assignments as requested.

Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in talent booking, casting, production, or entertainment.
- Strong knowledge of digital creators, internet culture, and entertainment trends.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable communicating with talent, managers, agents, and publicists.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging social platforms.
- Collaborative, resourceful, and proactive.
Compensation for this temporary W-2 employee engagement is $5,200–$5,400 per month, depending on experience, skills, qualifications, project scope, and business needs.
