What You'll Do
As a Direct Care Professional, you'll support individuals with disabilities while participating in enjoyable community activities such as:
- Fishing and swimming
- Arts and crafts projects
- Museum and gallery visits
- Movies and dining outings
- Other recreational and community-based experiences
Benefits
- Health insurance is available after 60 days for employees consistently working 30 hours per week
- Employer-sponsored dental insurance (90% of the expenses are covered) available after 90 days for full-time employees working 40 hours per week
- Employer-sponsored eyeglass insurance available after 6 months for full-time employees working 40 hours per week
- Paid time off after 1 year of employment
- Holiday work paid at time and a half
- Overnight Shift Differential
- Shift Differential for covering open shifts
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older (Medicaid requirement)
- Must be able to pass a background check
